Important facts:

- Sooqnaa is a managed e-commerce platform, not a marketplace. Each merchant
  operates a separate branded storefront, normally on a *.sooqnaa.com subdomain.
- Merchants can manage products, product images, categories, variants, custom
  fields, digital products, orders, customers, shipping, reviews, discounts,
  analytics, forms, and storefront design.
- Storefront and merchant experiences support Arabic right-to-left (RTL) and
  English interfaces.
- Stores can use Syrian Pound (SYP) or US Dollar (USD) pricing.
- Merchant-configurable payment workflows include Cash on Delivery, bank
  transfer, Sham Cash, and Syriatel Cash.
- Sooqnaa has a real Free plan (no credit card required at signup) plus paid
  Growth and Pro plans starting at $4/month for merchants who need custom
  domains, analytics, or higher limits. Outside the optional ecash payment
  feature, Sooqnaa does not take commission on merchant sales.
- Store-specific products, prices, stock, payments, shipping, returns, and
  policies are controlled by the individual merchant and can differ by store.
